Return Policy:



*You may cancel your order if given to us in writing via e-mail (holly@hollyhardwick.com) within 24 hours of the sale.

*We accept eligible returns if we are notified by the customer within 5 days of receipt of the product.

*Time frame: Items in their original condition and packaging are able to be returned within 10 days from receipt for a refund less a 25% re-stocking fee. If they come back later than the 10 days return period, there will be a 50% restocking fee. No returns past 60 days will be accepted. We do not refund freight

*Condition: Product that is returned other than in it's original condition, shows sign of wear or not in it's original packaging will be refunded less a 50% re-stocking fee. The packaging of the item, must not be torn, cut, written on or bent out of shape.

*If a return request is made do to an error on our part, or if the item is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will promptly replace the item or give you a refund at our discretion.

*Crowns, Tiaras and Scepters made and sent from overseas are not returnable.

*Many crowns come in a protective plastic. If you are planning to return the item, DO NOT REMOVE THE PLASTIC. We will only accept returns of such crowns if they are still in the protective plastic. If the crown is taken out of the plastic, it is considered a "used crown" and is not re-saleable. Therefore, a return will NOT be authorized.

*All CUSTOM MADE Crowns, Tiaras, Scepters, Name Badges, Rhinestone Pins, Custom Lucite Crown Cases, Sashes and Royal Title Certificates are made to order and not returnable or refundable.

*Before placing an order for a Crown Case please measure your crown carefully, as there is a 25% restocking on all Crown Cases returned. Crown Case dimensions are specifically listed on our website. Freight is not refundable.

*Clearance/Discounted Items are not eligible for return. We offer such amazing discounts because we don't house any inventory after our sales end and therefore cannot process returns. However, we want you to be delighted and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product. Please contact us if you run into any problems and we will be sure to make it right.

*We will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.

*Items returned must have a "Return Authorization" number before a customer can return the product. This number should be written on the outside of the box in full view.

*2) Recieve (RA#) and shipping instructions.
