If items are damaged in shipping, we must be notified within seven (7) days of receipt to process a claim.
If items are damaged in shipping, we will replace or repair them.
If we must file a claim with the USPS due to damages resulting from shipping, please make sure you keep the box and all packing material, because they will ask for it at your local post office if a claim is necessary.
Repairs or damages incurred by your mishandling will be subject to a repair or replacement fee.
